You must call or email us to obtain pre-authorization before returning/exchange any items.

Generally, all unopened, resaleable items may be returned for a full credit of refund, subtract handling and shipping charges. All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our customer service department. If you are dissatisfied with any product, you must phone 909-718-9999 (M-F 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time) within 30 days of shipping date to get a return pre-approval and a Return Authorization Number.
